How Working with BACE Works
A clear four-step process — from initial contact to written findings and practical next steps.
Initial Request
1–2 business days responseSend a short description of your situation by email, phone or WhatsApp. Include the property or project location in Cyprus, any available documents or photographs, and your main concern or question.
BACE reviews every request individually and responds with an initial assessment of the most relevant scope and approach.
Document & Photo Review
Before or alongside on-site workProvide available plans, photos, reports or contracts. BACE reviews the materials and identifies the most relevant technical focus areas. For some requests, this remote review may already provide useful initial orientation.
Remote advisory based on materials can support early decisions — but does not replace a full on-site assessment where required.
Technical Assessment
Scope agreed per engagementAn on-site inspection or documentation-based assessment, depending on the scope and situation. The review is structured, quality-aware and conducted from the client side — separate from contractor, developer or agent interests.
The depth and format of the assessment is discussed in advance and matched to the actual situation.
Findings & Next Steps
Delivered in writingA written summary of findings, technical observations and identified points of concern. Includes practical recommendations for next steps — in clear, accessible language.
The goal is to give the client a factual basis for the next decision — whether to negotiate, investigate further, proceed or hold.
The process adapts to each situation. Some clients need only an initial review or a focused assessment. BACE can recommend the most appropriate starting point.
